The Longing HeartThrough the tangle of vines and ivy
In the center of a Bamboo Grove
Floating above a crystal pool
Bathed in rippled sunlight with Koi Fish dancing below it
There is a heart
Its beat is steady and slow
But should the wolf or wildcat pass
It begins to flutter
From a distance it looks untouched
But as you draw nearer you see
Two faults in its perfection
A claw mark on the left
But it seems to glow gold
As if this is a burden of love rather than pain
And a wild reminder of the heart's true nature
On the right, there is a burning gash
That struggles in vain to cover itself

-Bio-

Stalcry comes from a long line of shapeshifters, though this is a power she discovered

recently.  Her powers are nto fully developed, and she only has two forms, her cat form and

her human form, though that will change in the future.  Fully mature shapeshifters can take

any form they want.  Each shapeshifter has a "signature form" which is their firs

transformation and the one that comes to them the most naturally.
