Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Basically...there is real disrespect going on here towards a rape victim, a teenager, who refused to cheer her rapist's (a male basketball player) name during a game. Her school took action AGAINST her. She could have to pay $35,000 because her case was dismissed as "frivolous".
I'm not trying to force you to sign it, I know some of you cannot give away personal information away on the internet due to personal or parental rules. Just take a look, and know that there is a way that you can help. So take a look please, at least.
